WEDDING HAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT & POLICIES .
Bookings: To secure your wedding date, a signed contract via online is required with a $100 booking fee/ deposit to confirm your booking. Aimee Goleman BSB: 064175 Acc: 12005933 or you can pay via the invoice with card subject to card processing fees. .
The booking fee is non-refundable and non transferable. Please be advised that if the contract is not signed and/or the booking fee has not been paid, then your wedding date is not confirmed and locked in.
Travel: the travel fee will be included in your quote based on location provided if the location changes, please note the travel fee may be adjusted accordingly, travel costs vary depending on the wedding location. Please ensure you provide the getting ready location’s address to ensure I can provide an accurate quote. Travel free is calculated at $60 per hour to and from the wedding destination.
Early call times: A $50 fee will be charged for every hour prior 5.30 from start of travel to arrive at designated start time start time. Minimum Fee: when the client’s total services do not meet the minimum 5 persons (excluding flower girls) the client will be charged the minimum regardless. Cancellation: Cancellations within 45 days require contract to be paid in full. If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding more than 3 months after your initial booking, you may be subject to a price increase. And date change is subject to a updated terms and conditions contract.
Booking fee/ deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Amendment to bookings. Charges for guest(s) requiring additional services must be paid in full on the day of the service.
Changes will be accepted up to 60 days prior to the service date. There is a minimum of a 5 person call out, (excluding flowergirls). Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or services are added. Please keep in mind that should any party member forego a prearranged service on date of service, 100% of the charge will still apply. In the unlikely event that AimeeLea Hair is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, the hairstylist will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. If no replacement can be found the client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less any trial costs and booking fee.
Pricing: All pricing is exclusive of a blow-dry (unless that Is what you have specifically booked for). AimeeLea Hair will provide adequate information on how the hair should be prepared prior to on the day styling. If this is not adhered to, the client will be charged for an additional blow-dry. All pricing is subject to change unless a final quote has been given, the booking fee has been paid and the contract has been signed. Payment: The final balance is due seven days before the event either via bank transfer or via credit card (2% surcharge). The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Cash on the day via to prior arrangement.
Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride but working electrical outlets must be available for use by the hairstylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly. All parties should arrive at the agreed time with 100% dry and oil free hair. Please note there must be someone ready to have their hair done after each client is finished, AimeeLea hair will not wait around more than 15 minutes for anyone not available when needed for their service when required.
Use of images: It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for AimeeLea Hair to contact the clients wedding photographer to access professional images and use them on social media/website for promotional purposes.
